Idle Speed

Hello, I'm after some help. I have a 1999 E220 cdi with 95,000 miles.
Sometimes when at idle, the engine seems to generate a lot of vibration. This is ONLY sometimes, the car will drive fine with no loss of power etc.
Anyone have any ideas?

Its getting worse!

The idle speed problem is getting worse. Can anyone please help?
I had am indapendant mobile mercedes technician look at it and my car won't talk to his lap top! He has picked up that one of the injectors needs reseating, which he is doing this morning.
Can't understand it, it's still intermittent but when it does happen now it's getting really lumpy!
Please help!!

ZX Extralube. I get it cheap from a friend who gets discount etc etc. Put it in my fuel, idles no problem..................However the problem came back!!!
It turns out injector number 3 is stuffed. I took it out and it was soaked in diesel.
I put a new one in and problem solved.
If anyone needs a contact for Mercedes reconditioned injectors just ask. I got mine for £90.00 delivered. When you remove the old one just box it up in the box you got the new one in, phone them and they pick it up! You have two weeks to do this or they charge a one off £30.00.
It was all next day delivery and all for £90.00. I got a new stretch bolt for £1.80 and copper washer for £0.30p from a Merc dealership!
