So I decided that the crumbling Cobra immobiliser key I had for my SL was best supplemented by a new one. It arrived in the post today with two sets of instructions dependent upon which version I had.
Sods law, mine seems to be one where dip switches need setting to be able to programme the new key............can I find the box... can I bu66er
I have looked under both the drivers and passenger dash knee rolls and no luck there.
I know that is sort of the point, but I have found the alarm/horn unit at the front of the car, but it seems there is a seperate immobiliser unit from what I have gathered so far.
So a bit of a quiz really..... if you were putting a Cobra immobiliser in an R107... where would you put it !!
