If the Haynes book is anything to go by then it looks a bit fiddley. You need to remove the driver's side lower fascia panel, the steering wheel, and the airbag contact unit (disclaimer here: if it goes bang it's your fault). The three screws that hold the switch on are then accessable.
There are real warnings about working on the airbag system that I'm not going to repeat here. If you feel you want to do the work yourself I strongly advise you to buy a manual and read up on it beforehand.

Think its a complete steering wheel off job from what I can remember. Had to have mine done on the old 202. Took it to my indi and I think was about £100 for stalk and fitting.
