I wouldnt recommend PCS. Went there telling them my sam unit was faulty. £320 later they told me that my sam unit is faulty... erm... oh and changed some bulbs.

so £320 out of pocket for something i already knew. To top it off they told me they had to check INSIDE the sam to work out exactly what went wrong. Even though no matter what went wrong its NOT REPAIRABLE.

Anyway.. avoid.

Bumping an old thread, I'm looking for somewhere to do a B service on my 2009 C250 (31k). According to Sytner website, MB MK charge £357 for a B Service.

Spoke to Autoclass, who quoted £265, so £100 cheaper. Reasonable? Can I do better? Never really looked at getting the car done anywhere else (usual thing of fear of devaluing the car when I hand it back in a years time - private lease).

Any comments ?

PCS took good care of me today. Job done well, excellent value, and a few extras I asked for done FOC, and washed the car as well!

call mk mercedes and ask them to match the price of the indy! they did for me

Good tip there p1nny .. they said they do, providing I can get written evidence of the cheaper service - which is difficult to obtain ... why would an indie to to the hassle of producing a quote, knowing that I will still goto the dealer.

Hmmm .. dealers don't make it easy for us eh?
