Another vote for Alex Crow, he's in Stowmarket. Always looked after our Merc very well.
I love it that he has any old parts on display for you when you collect the car.

I use Waterhouse Mercedes in Chelmsford, but will give Gem-Tech at Gallows Corner, Romford a go just for a change/comparison.
