Hi everyone,
I have a W124 230E and I think that the stock muffler's inlet is 55-56mm.
So I am tempted to buy this muffler which has inlet size of >57mm but I have some doubts to clear.
If I fit this muffler on the stock exhaust pipe which has different diameter size, would there still be a mandrel bent or would there be restriction?
And it seems that the hose that connects the resonator to the muffler will not properly fit into the magnaflow muffler's inlet because the magnaflow's inlet position is not the same as stock. What should I do? Should I buy a proper hose?
Please help guys. I need some extra tips to make the installation a success!
Thanks!![Thumb :thumb: :thumb:](/styles/mbclub/smilies/thumb.gif)
