Insurance for the over 90's

My Father is 94 and wonder who would offer the best car insurance deal for him with his 1997 VW Polo 1.0 ltr, as his premiums are getting very high. (it even has handles that make the windows move up and down)
 
I would start by plugging his details into some one the comparison websites and go from there. I suspect quotes will vary hugely.
 
Which recently did a bit on older drivers and listed insurance companies and age limits, might be worth giving them a search.
