Ipod intergration to comand

I found these items today and they should be of interest to anybody wishing to integrate there ipod into the comand on both D2B and MOST systems and still retain there CD changer. The gateway also has a USB port for a hard drive and so I assume would play MP3s on an external laptop hard drive.

I'm not interested on the iPod support but for the BT HF support the device looks pretty cheap. Which car models would it fit, at a quick look I did not see even MB listed, not to mention if it fits D2B and/or MOST.
