IPod Kit 782 42 52

I have a 2006 CLK with the NTG2 Command fitted could anyone tell me if the iPod kit part number 782 42 52 be compatible, if have the chance of buying this but not sure if it will work.

Thats a part number for the box, rather than the whole kit

The box is used on various iPod kits, so can't tell whether the rest of the kit is correct.
