ipod video

I have Comand fitted in my W203 2005.
It has a ipod kit fitted, will this show ipod videos on the
Comand screen.

Not as far as I know.... it wont even display the album sleeves either.

Afraid not - the only place you can see the music information is on the dispaly between the speedo and rev counter. Hope the car is still going well I'm missing it!

BTW, there is now a iPod kit with Video support for the MY09 hard disk COMANDs (NTG 2.5).

The UK dealers dont yet even have pricing for it.

The spec says: -

Approved for the following model series: A‑Class - W 169 (06/08- ), A‑Class - C 169 (06/08- ), C‑Class - CLC (10/08- ), E‑Class - W 211 (06/08- ), E‑Class - S 211 (06/08- ), SLK‑Class - R 171 (04/08- ), M‑Class - W 164 (09/08- ), R‑Class - W 251 (09/08- ), R‑Class - V 251 (09/08- ), CLS‑Class - C 219 (04/08- ), B‑Class - W 245 (06/08- ), GL‑Class - X 164 (09/08- )

The dates are all build dates and represent when the Hard disk based COMAND system was introduced in that model.

There's another kit for S/CL. (NTG3) but havent seen a NTG4 (C class) kit yet.

So I dont think I will get an Ipod then.

and brought a speed camera gps system
