Is facelift S211 worth it for improved suspension durability?

I have had a long string of S211's and overall I think they are remarkable cars.

I even drove one to the arctic circle from the UK

I am considering a facelift S211 as I understand the suspension was modified.

Does anyone have any experience with both cars and can someone tell me if it is worth going for the facelift ?
