I cant comment on the quality of their work but a friend of mine took his E class estate car in for a service and came away with a C36 AMG courtesy car. It belonged to the owner, a guy called Jason.

I've got a work colleague who has used them for years and says they are good (not my words so don't quote me).
I've never used them myself yet as I usually go to the "works."

Martin (MBZ6) and I have used them for quite a few years now and have no complaints. I don't get a courtesy car as I leave my car there all day and they give me a lift to the train station as I work in Leeds City Centre. They are, of course, very obliging and pick me up at the station at the end of the day.
However, they seem to be extremely busy of late (more than normal) and somebody I was talking to the other day said the quality had gone down (in his opinion) a little as they are beginning to rush jobs! Perhaps its good to keep a keen eye on them

They’ve done a head gasket, viscous fan change and a failed nsf suspension turret for me, 3 separate visits. They are easy to deal with and seem very knowledgeable (I don’t know a great deal about MB’s). They can supply a hire car for £10 a day but on my last visit, which was an emergency breakdown when the suspension turret came away from the wing, they were all booked out, so he let me use the garage run-around for the day as I needed a car to get to work. I don’t have any experience of other indies but I am quite happy to stick with MercCare.
