Is my 2004 C230K pre or post Facelift?

I have just bought a C230K W203 first registered in the Uk 10 Aug 2004. I need to buy some parts, for example the Blinker Light (indicator repeater) for the left hand door mirror. Most sites show the 2004 car as having frosted plastic lenses and the 2005 as having clear ones. Mine are the later version.
Mostly for future reference, how do I tell if my car is pre or post facelift?

Hello pal,

The easiest way to tell difference is the interior, look at the pic below. The pre-facelift is on the top, and facelift at the bottom. Note the different speedo, steering wheel, upper and lower centre console switchgear etc.
