The best colours tend to be the most popular!
Personally, I think Green Black is one of the nicest MB colours. It is fairly common on Mercs, but unique to MB.
Looks fantastic when polished up.
Yup. When I bought it (my now sold SL320), it was advertised as "black", and that was by a Merc dealer - useless t****rs.
It always looked best in late afternoon when depending on the angle of viewing one could see blue, green and orange.
just bought new merc and went for silver
black is next best but where i live it would get too dirty
wanted grey but pearlite gray is,,, yuk looks like primer
cubanite again looks dull
merc needs to get some decent new colours
silver looks good but trouble is after youve spent a day polishing it and stand back to admire your hard work all it ever looks is just clean!
Zymol ... it's a carnauba wax, that's applied after the bodywork has been cleaned with HD-Cleanse. The paintwork feels silky smooth after the HD-Cleanse (no hype, I was astonished how smooth it was the first time I did it) and then you apply the wax.
Truly amazing results. It may look expensive (about £100 for a start pack), but it will last for years.
Cream WAx by Zymol is good for Silver/light colour cars - its what i use and is great but you need to pucrhase some other accessories to go with the wax - visit www.zymol.co.uk - it was members on this forum that pointed me in the right direction and converted me to zymol. Hardwrok but worth well worth it.
