Is this ticking normal?

Hello

I am looking at buying a W204 C63, I have found a nice example and the dealer has sent me a video
When he opens the bonnet i can hear a ticking noise, is this normal?
Im guessing that due to this Covd situation the car hasnt moved in a while and it was in the actual showroom
any advice would be helpful

sounds like my E63, which I assume is normal
