juddering clutch

hi i have a 1994 c180 as i pull away only in first i get a harsh judder any other gear fine i havent got a duel mass fly wheel as some have sugested and taling to merc not many of these did had same problem on 190 e so must be a comon problem been told it may be engine mounts or propshaft dampner the rubber bit behind prop but dont want to pull out unless im 100% sure what it is any ideas
