I've gleened lots of info in the last 3 years visiting this site - Thanks to all who contribute - you are all Merc nutters!!! sorry fanatics. Decided to join this January as have some genuine 18", twin 5 spoke AMG's alloys for sale - someone out there is desperate for them!!!!!!! but I'm coming up against the 30 post rule. (Don't want to bore everyone making them read my worthless twodlle just to make my 30).
Brief history, now on Merc No3,
1st - 2003 - CLK 320 (this one had the AMG's fitted until sold)
Moved to Audi - Merc had nothing much like the CLK in 2008 - other than another CLK!
2nd - 2009 - E Coupe 350 cdi (Factory collection from Bremen)
3rd - 2011 - Ex demo CLS 350 cdi (best of them all - current)

Sorry for that boring bit!
Can someone tell me the 'W' number for this CLS please?
If you have any questions of me - would help my 'post' count!!!! - yea I know it's naughty.

spot on dennis got heated seats,my friend got a merc everytime he hits over 70 she shouts his name, wonder if its an extra

I'm usaully allowed 80, then the limiter kicks in!!!

Had some early BM's 3 series back in 1987 - when BM;s were the only cars to own

Hit 155 on the m27 racing an R8 except the engine limiter kicked in and I was made to sleep in the spare room

Hi c63er Is there no limiter on the R8 otherwise you would have been side by side until one of you ran out of petrol

I think my CLS is 6.2 to 100 kmh - thatS maybe 62 mph? Not the usual 60.
