Konig SEC

Wicked ....

Koenig did some absolutely crazy conversions in the 80's ....

Remember the Testarossa based 'Koenig Competition'

They also did a Porsche that was named the 'Atomic Cockroach' , one of the first ever cars i saw with Xenons, this was in the late 80's

I like it a lot.

The boot might be a bit OTT, but I would have to see it in the flesh before criticising it.

Thanks for the link.
John

Koenig are possibly the worst thing to happen to a Mercedes.

Their purple R129 creation epitomises their horrendous designs!

It's definitely a piece of the 80's, and so it's Marmite.

Personally, I love it, in the same way I adore white ur quattros...I am a shameless child of the 80's though

You said it bro'

The ur-quattro rocks, and the Konig does it for me to.. apart from the rear spoiler. However, I have grown to dislike the Countach and warmed to the Lotus Esprit Turbo s3 & 4

Another fan of the '80s too. Not so much fashion and haircuts, but certainly cars and technology.

Not glasses!

That machine is so retro thats its cool.

Come on now.

Did none of you, as teenagers, want a car like that?

I remember looking at the big old SEC's in awe when i was a kid in the 80's.

I love it!

No, sorry. Ferrari Daytona, Countach or Porsche 928 when I was a kid! That and a Ford Gran Turino of course!

 :D When I was a child I dreamt of owning a Sierra XR4i  :D

I like it apart from the boot lid and it is a classic.
