leaking windscreen washer bottle

i have a mercedes w203 2007 saloon, i have noticed that the washer bottle alarm keeps coming on every couple of days, i keep topping it up, then the alarm is back, i have been told its the rubber grommet on the motor, which is accessed on the near side front wheel arch, but i thought i will check with you guys first. thanks in advance.

To access the damned thing it's remove front NS wheel, remove the front half (possibly all, can't remember) of the wheel arch liner, then you can see the reservoir and the pump. PITA!
