I have created a letterhead for my company and have saved it as a template but when you type the bottom header content scrolls of the page and I want the page template to be fixed. What am I doing wrong?? Cheers Guys

It needs to be set as a fixed footer.
Not sure how yet..

"View" Headers Footers, enter your content there and it's fixed.

Ok. Cheers Pammy and everyone- that was easier than I thought! I seem to have generated page 1 and an identical page 2........

Word Header & Footer

The following is for Word XP but should be similar in most recent versions.

Open your document and then click 'View', 'Header and Footer'.

You'll now see 2 rectangular boxes, one at the top (Header) and one at the bottom (Footer).

You can adjust the size of these by dragging the margin in the ruler on the left of the screen. If you can't see a ruler then click 'View' then 'Print Layout'.

Anything you put in these boxes will be outside the normal flow of text on the page.

If you get stuck email me your document and I'll set it up for you and email it back.

In a bit...
