Hi there, I have a 2004 CLK with COMMAND. I am interested to see if it is possible to retro fit Linguatronic. Anyone got any ideas on this? If so, how much roughly?

Do a search for Miro (or similar) he has mentioned this.

Braybrook of Hertfordshire will charge you one arm, and one leg to fit this option.

Dear Scoops,
I have the same query. I have the full intructions on how to do it, for US mercs that have the PTT switch preinstalled. This is not the case in the UK. So please let me knoe what you find out regarding the PTT stalk / switch installation advice. I am planning to buy a w210 with comand where I can retro fit the phone and liguatronic system.

ah, ha. In the UK we do not have the switch installed. I suspecty that the steering column shroud is easily cut to accomodate a new one. I suspect that it is pre marked on the inside to show where the cut should be.
