Lithium battery trickle charging

The battery is also on the passenger side. The “fender” vent is ideally positioned but visible. The lowest immediately to the right of the front number plate - mounted beneath so you can’t see it - would be worth considering.
Thanks ! That's a great pointer , will bear that in mind when I get to do it

To the right of the number plate, half way up the number plate there’s a horizontal bar on the bumper - the underside of that is good. Take care not to foul the active aero components under the bumper and around the radiators.

..................................................... A waterproof outdoor socket does look like a good idea either way.
From a more basic but practical perspective, the outside socket installation may not be a huge capital investment.: If there is a 32amp ring main circuit serving the room who's wall you would like it to be installed onto (which there almost certainly will be) then taking a spur straight out of an existing socket that backs on to where your new weatherproof socket is installed, can be quick cheap & easy.( < subject to a number of variables, obvs').
Having said that, if a new standalone installation is deemed necessary, it may be worth specifying that the cable is 10mm so that it is ready to be used (altered into) an EV charging point installation.?
