Viano 3.0 2011
Hi all I’ve got the 2012 Vito which is on coil springs, I’ve just perchased a 2011 Viano 3.0 with air suspension on the rear, are the lowering links still available, I do remember somebody selling them a while back???
Also with these fitted what would you lower the front as it’s much lower now than the rear.. 30mm ???
Thanks in advance
Darren

Not sure I'm understanding correctly,
but as the rear is self levelling, by lowering the front the rear should lower itself to level.
The opposite of what I did, the Viano came lower than a Vito and would catch our kerb if reversing on, so I replaced the front with standard Vito springs and the rear still looks as it should.

Possibly due to this though the front can sometimes feel like it pendulums from the rear, but I didn't drive it lowered to compare and just blamed this on the rear being a bit harder. It's no issue anyway.

Mmmm never thought of that makes sense though..
I’ll drive the front end of a curb and see if the back drops..
cheers Darren

Logically the rear suspension should level the vehicle rather than just holding a set height. Otherwise when fully loaded the front would drop but the rear would stay at the standard height

My drive is on a slight hill that’s probly why the back always looks higher. I’ll put it on the other way and see the difference. Might try some 30mm lowering springs on the front if that works

Hi Fella, I bought some links from Zenman on here that was making them. They were awesome, very high quality. The front springs in the viano are already 30-40mm lower than Vito so IMO you don't need to drop the front anymore one the rear has been lowered. I was running 20's though 😁 Looked awesome.
