Hi guys
Is it possible at all to lower the w211 estate?
As far as I know they have an air suspension at the back if so what's the way to do that?
Thanks

C'mon guys has anyone ever done it or knows how to do it?
Thanks

How low you can go on 19"? And do you know a place where I can do it?
Thanks

The diameter of the wheel/tyre combo will not effect how low you can go.

you can go pretty low, as long as the wheel clears the arch and shock.

As Olly has said, an adjustable rod on rear ride height sensor.

also rememebr the lower you go the worse the camber and tyre wear on the inside

Don't mean to hijack but what's the difference in ride height on the W211 saloon avantgarde and sport ?

Sounds scary and putting me off from doing that

How low do u wanna go??

My airmatic e class estate (soon to be on the road again). Lowered using Rentec module.

Won't go lower than that)

How much to lower it ?

The Rentec module was £400,( purchased from a forum member). It's fully adjustable via remote control.

That's sounds good but the thing is mine isn't airmatic only the back suspension on air bag
So I guess I would need as one of the members advised here lower springs on the front and some modules or links at the back

Links give you a shxt ride.... I know as I had them on my ML, now back to AMG standard....
If you're going to do it spend some money and do it properly through PCS..

I lowered a car, it looked good, handled well etc. Problem was no chance of an alignment as the hooks wouldn't fit between the arch and the top of the tires. Not a problem just meant continual tire rotations front to rear :(
