My B2 tells me that there are Specs there. Anyone know of them, if they're operational ?

Yes there are, you can see them on the gantry and they are fully operational.

BUT.... they are there for test purposes apparently and will never go live and fine people. The authorities said if they do go live they will be moved to a new site.

They are there so I guess its good they warn you in case they are ever made live. I certainly take it easy through that section.

I've also gon through there at 'fun' speeds. Not had anything in the post as yet... didnt even realise they were there to be honest !!
