MB caesar Actia multiplexer Error

Hi guys, i'm kind of new here..
I got MB caesar Actia multiplexer from my friend and from self diagnosis I got this Error:
CAESAR STOS+ Rev.:2.10 from Mar 11 2004
generated protocol file from 17.10.2007 23:38
SystemCheck :
Check serial ... 0 Ok
CAESAR HW Detection :
D2Access ... 0 Ok
D2DownLoad ... 104 No download possible

Please help me, this multiplexer not working.

D2 is now blocked since it is no longer supported. I can sell you a replacement mux if you need one.
