Hi.

I've installed my Mercedes Me adaptor and trying to set it up. I've rung the Me team from the car, but when I do that, I'm supposed to get a pop up asking if I'm happy to share car info. I'm not getting that pop up.

I've tried googling but nothing.....any ideas?

Car is W205 with Audio20 system. I rang from the phonebook, as my car doesn't have the overhead button....

IIRC I had to go to the dealer to get it activated with the v5 to prove ownership.

I've spoken to MB and they can do it over the phone - if I can send the vehicle data.

This has been resolved - my car needed to be removed and re-added to something or other!

Anyway, all done.
