Used parts from leboncoin (here in France) and eBay.

I too have never done FB and only one of our children did that. However, I've read other comments like yours about finding stuff at time and what you've said re "risks" that is true. I think I may join FB to see what's on offer but take even more precautions before parting with my money if I do see something I like.
(About finding stuff that is not often advertised on others sites - good point.)

Buying parts on FB is not much of a risk....generally you are collecting it from the seller and paying COD....not much risk in that. I try to keep my searches local so there no postage, which could open up potential fraud. And of course posting a window glass is just asking for a in transit breakage!! I don't have an FB account......but my wife does so I use that!! For every villain there are hundreds of legit blokes just trying to make garage space!! Sold two rear 159 silencers recently.......he collected and paid same evening I listed....good as gold.

Put your vin in at partsouq.... thats what I use for part numbers.

What are the first 6 numbers of your Vin?
Can look for the correct Part with that info.
