hi gave my daily driver a clean and detail and polish with poor boys black hole what do you think

Hi cleaned with snow foam first then meguiars. Wash and wax and pat dry with microfibre towel and polish with black hole .spent a lot of time getting to that condtion .

Just started using Poorboys Black Hole on my new to me 98 171k miles C250 Estate.
The car has been through many a carwash and has "spiders" all over it. Not a loved bodywork version at all - some folk just don't deserve a Mercedes. It is a rusty old beast but I got it for a song. A lot a "little" jobs to do running gear wise but the paintwork will never be good. Rusty wheel arches and tailgate area. As a certain Mr Walker said today. "You cant polish a turd John" "Ah! says I but you can roll it in diamonds"
I use all sorts of polish on it. Ranging from "Used Car Polish" "Autoglym" to Poorboys Black Hole. It is beginning to get some shine on it, as long as you dont get too close. Full of scratches and swirls but it looks half decent now.

Hi my car started as 400 pound banger rusty wings,replaced,new secondhand boot and rear bumper .car had been sprayed over key scratches with black aerosol can really looked a turd .refurbed wheels and centre caps .full service .new suspension ball joints .antiroll bar bushes all orginal Merc .took car for. Mot recently not one advise and passed straight away.mot tester said it was really well mantained better than most new cars.hi have you tried machine polish and light flat and polish .g3 compound followed by g10 compound will really help you car.ps my girlfriend has c250 with 220, thousand miles and still going strong

Mine was 500 Ill get some pictures up tomoz as it is.
Outer ARBs need doing, possible ball joints and steering damper. All will be Merc parts. Gearbox oil change wont go amiss either. It chugs a bit on start up but always goes. Could be air in the system or drain back. It has a bit of a diesel leak - traced today to possible diesel getting past the glowplug seals. They look origional plugs!! It certainly is not leaking at the injectors or the pump, good news.
Not sure if it will be worth doing a machine polish but thanks for the advice. It would take some of the scratches out but just too many "spiders" or blebs or what ever you call them. Still happy enough.

Hi work a lot on 202 outer anti roll bar bushes and inner and bottom ball joints £80 trade from Mercs . You'd be surprised what a machine polish will do .gearbox and filter also well worth doing .good luck

Great idea but only my daily driver have a c43 as well just in middle of painting it
