Mercedes CD Player for W124

Hi im looking for a Blaukpunt/Mercedes original CD player for my W124 CE-230, I wouldn't mind a tape player with cd-changer. Does anyone know where I can get one? I have had a look on eBay but im not sure if any cd player would go straight in?

You will have pretty hard time finding the original one, because they are either all scrapped or rarely sold.

Fitting some good aftermarket one would be a better option.

It wont have to be the original one that was in the W124 just a blaukpunt or Mercedes one that fits into the car, as i don't like all this new stuff with screens etc as im restoring the car so want to try make it as original as I can

Becker units are great, very understated. As long as dont want bluetooth or satnav these can be picked up very reasonably on ebay. Sound quality and radio reception are really good even on the old units. Check the display colour is a good match - the amber looks good in a 124. Some later units have variable colour display but are very pricey.
