Mercedes Door Seals

Hello all,
Just a quick question on my car i have got the mercedes-Benz door seals but one seams to have lifted from the plastic under it. Could you tell me if is just the crome part that comes off or does the plastic block that the crome part sits on come off also??

Also does anybody know wheres the best place to buy the illuminated sills is. As have been looking at a few places n so far Germany seems to be the best place but is there any differance in left and right hand parts??
