As title suggests, wanted OEM boot spoiler for e63 w212.

No fibre glass, carbon fibre or aftermarket spoilers!

Pm me if you have for sale original factory boot spoiler or post a link to an advert of one up for sale.

Thanks

Have you tried phoning around a few main dealers to see if they have one on their shelf? I picked up a few for buttons that way.

I will ring around tomorrow, will also try Edinburgh. My local dealer wanted around £500 and that's unpainted and comes in primer 😲😳

Don’t forget that there’s an OEM CF boot lid spoiler that was part of one of the CF option packs.
Thanks buddy for letting me know. Will make enquiries regarding the OEM carbon version. Do you have any pictures of it from Google by any chance? Just wanted to see the design.

I installed an aftermarket ebay item, i'm not entirely satisfied with the quality although from a distance it's okay.

My apologies, busy day & I haven’t had a chance to dig out the photos of my pre-facelift E63 that had the OEM CF boot spoiler on it.

Will do my best to sort out & post photos tomorrow.

Now worries buddy, take your time. 👍

...and a couple of full width rear shots. Note the clearance arc in the spoiler above the three-pointed star which is necessary due to how far the spoiler extends down the bootlid. This is what generally distinguishes the OEM spoilers (both CF and painted) from aftermarket offerings:

Handsome car, that 👍🏻

Thanks, it was.

It was an ex-MB salary car that I purchased used at about 18-months old and had just about every option option on it. I took a bit of a punt on it because the paint looked like it had been washed with a yard broom, but after a full multi-stage paint correction it was absolutely stunning. It even drew compliments from the staff at a German MB dealership when I called in to buy an Umweltplakette :)

Thanks buddy, your car looks very tidy and well presented, sweet ride and love the CF touch.

I removed the ebay spoiler, the fitment and the over all finish was bothering me, so its being returned. On the lookout for oem either CF or normal. Hope one pops up soon, otherwise will have to pay a visit to the dealerships.

It was a great example that started my love affair with the M157-powered W212. Traded it in 2016 for a facelift car (that's also been moved on ☹️ )
