Hello,

I need some help with my w220 heater booster
There is a button next to the gear shifter and I think it should be the switch for the heater booster.

I check the fuse box first, but I found there are no fuse sockets (holders) for the fuses at F41 and F80, where should be the location for heater booster according to the fuse diagram. And actually, I found there are also several empty spaces for other fuses (not just missing fuses, even no sockets for them).

So what should I do now? is that normal in other s320 cars?

Regards,
Vricc

What's a heater booster? The only button next to the shifter on my s500 is for the gearbox programme (sport or normal).

I got two buttons, one is for gearbox s or w and the other one is on the driver side.

Does you car has webasto fitted (SA code 228 in data card if I recall right)? Button may control either that or only electric heater in coolant circuit. Heater is only diesel specific so thats the reason s500 has no button :).

I have not dig deep enough my car but experiences from other cars those fuses you mention are meant for webasto and therefore they are empty because you have standard electric heater.
