We all hear of Olly's and Ians establishments, but is there a similar establishment thats as good in Glasgow. Being miserly and dreading the next service I would like to find a good indy as an alternative to stratstone.

They only do MBs and are quite happy to work on the W211 as well (not just older models).

Located a bit less celubriously, down in Carntyne Industrial Estate, than MB Glasgow but reasonable to talk to and reasonable on prices too!

Are they good?

They appear to have a reasonable reputation.

After having a couple of (what turned out to be) minor bits of work done (brakes and MAF) I'd go straight back to them now if we had any other problems. They were entirely straightforward to deal with. I'm totally happy with the prospect of letting them do servicing on our cars from now on.

They're just a short walk from Carntyne station so though they're out of the way they're actually quite easy to get from/to if dropping off the car for the day.
