Mobile mechanic with STAR in Birmingham ?

Looking for a mobile mechanic with STAR in Birmingham, I am based near Birmingham Airport and am looking urgently for someone to fix an air lock in my braking system, have been told need someone with the STAR as I tried manually already.

Any help would be appreciated.
