It's big enough just to have an area around back. No need to pay

Right then, Caffeine & Machine have replied to my email today. Car Club nights are indeed Mondays and Tuesdays, and we have two options:
Option 1: Dedicated and reserved parking in front of Caffeine & Machine on a specific date, paying £10 per car in advance, although you get a £5 credit to spend on food, drinks, etc. Required for meets with large numbers of cars.
Option 2: Just turn up on any Monday or Tuesday night, and park where we can without reserved parking - there should be plenty of parking at the side or around the back - with no admission fee. Fine for meets with small numbers of cars.
Thoughts?
Count me in slim, thank you.Interest was a little limited last time around, so giving this thread a little bumpety bump, to gauge interest. How much interest might there be for a weekend cars and coffee style event in the New Year?

Thanks Dave, I look forward to hearing more.Morning Rob, there's a couple of other Midlands ones which I've become aware of though not until later in the year.
They are the Nottingham Motor Show, Wollaton Park on Sunday June 8th and the Derby Motor Feast at Elvaston Castle on Sun July 27th 2025. The Derby one is a new venue though, if it's anything like the Nottingham one last year, it should be a good day out. This was very well attended with a mixed bag of cars from the 20s to the present day, with parking arranged by age and not marques.
I'll put more details up a little nearer the time though meanwhile, I'd probably be up for Gaydon or the Caffeine and Machine one at The Hill. No Mercedes till April though as it's on SORN, so I'll have to skulk in a corner somewhere.
Is it just me, or is that an odd way to go about things?Morning Rob, there's a couple of other Midlands ones which I've become aware of though not until later in the year.

The eldest OAPS are nearest to the exit - makes perfect sense. Is it just me, or is that an odd way to go about things?
I don't think so really, it makes it an interesting walkabout and if, like me, you're not really into the modern stuff then you can go directly to the earlier ones. I prefer the 60s - 70s motors so having them all in one place makes life easier. Is it just me, or is that an odd way to go about things?

Yes I would suggest waiting until the weather is a little less likely to put people off!So are we seeing this out til end of Feb ? Seeing the wonderful bit of weather we are having
