Unfortunately it seems that there is no easy way of doing it.
4-Cyl Kompressor engines are apparently not very responsive to remapping - which is why I did not do this on my M271 / 180K.
You will probably need to look at some new hardware - larger pulley or higher pressure compressor unit etc - or reworked cylinder head and camshafts - these kits are available but will probably not be economically justifiable on a W210 E200K, unless you particularly like the car and want to keep it for a number on years.
unfortunatly even if you got a few more ponies out of it the E klassthe body is on the fat side. the e240 is a bit under done with the E klass weight as well. l went for the E320 l say that would be the minimum engine size for the E klass w210 in my opinion,thats if your liking is the w210. shape.and the extra juice it sucks. The misses dad has got the e200k and l had the e240 now the e320 all been tested and tried.
