Took wifes to local garage £30 workmate took his pug 206 to sh*tfit and had no end of trouble and still has no mot!

I pay £40 but did have to ask for a trade price. I use a motorcycle garage because they give you 2 weeks to fix a problem before doing the free re-test.

Mine actually ran out Feb 24th! only used car once on Sunday, booked in on sat at local MOT garage £40, just called MB Worcester they wanted £53!! as soon as i said I'm just inquiring prices he dropped to £40.

I wonder how many garages will fail cars on things cos there is not much work in.
Most places are meant to be cracking down on brake pipes at the moment slight corrosion and they are failing it.

This happened to my brothers E36 convertible (BMW not Merc) the car has passed MOTs flying colours ever since hes owned it all of a sudden now they told him to change his brake pipes (no biggie) but i'm just concerned it didnt get an advisory on its last MOT oh well.
