MP4 converter

Does anyone using a reliable software that converts MP4 into MP3?

I have some music video files which I would like to convert into sound only.
There seems to be plenty applications on the net which offer that services, but a lot of them are from rather suspicious sources and I dont necessarily want to end up with sniffers or trojans.

I use Real Player for that, but I can't remember if that option is included in the free version.
