It’s the quality/durability of the leads is the problem, I’ll buy a fluke someday

My Draper DMM1A has just given up (Screen reading D-H).
Draper/Google no help. Would that be cables pehaps?

Do a continuity check of your leads.
Red probe into black hole and versa visa, even the other way if you want.

It won’t be the leads as it wouldn’t show a fault code if they were faulty, as they can only fail open circuit.

Thanks but screen is blank with just D-H showing in small box.Looks like a failure code from the mother board. A new one be3ckons.
