My new C63 AMG

I recently took delivery of my new car Mercedes C63 AMG.
I did a deal with Palmball on this site for his car who I must say is a proper petrol head and a top guy
Sold my M3 CSL a few weeks back and was waiting patiently for Palmball to return from his European road trip. I'm glad to say that both he and the car returned back in one piece.

How does it compare to the CSL?

How does it compare to the CSL?

The CSL is a mighty impressive car, one of the very best to come out of BMW's M division. For me it's not an everyday car, it's uncomfortable on long journeys and it's not very practical either. On the right road it is awesome the noise it makes when you have your foot planted is out of this world. I could listen to that noise all day it really is fabulous.
It's still early days with the C63 but it does not handle or steer as well as the CSL, to be fair not many cars do. However the difference it not as big as some may suggest. I believe the Performance Pack and the LSD make a monumental differece to the car.The mad Merc is a lot more comfortable and is a lot quicker in a straight line doesn't sound too bad either
