Nope, German registered as most of my work is there. It is unrestricted though, which is good

Not quite, ML55 has the M113 non-supercharged block instead of the M113k.

I love them too but this thing becomes a boat when you hit high speeds, have yet to push it really hard but sits well at 140mph
