An ECU has several sepetate 5v supplies, each will supply may be 4 or 5 sensors. The idea being if one supply goes down the engine will still run.
Those 5V supplies are not fused but as you've seen, will shutdown if an under or over voltage is detected. It is possible that one sensor (or associated wiring) is causing a short, which will cause that whole circuit to be shutoff.
Disconnect all mentioned sensors one at a time and see when the power supply is restored.

Note, this only applies to 5v sensors, not 12v components.

Can I unplug them with the engine running is it safe to do so?

LE: So in this case should I replace the rest of the sensors and go thru them and see if it fixes anything or I should try to find a good mercedes specialist to have a look?

No, key on engine off.

If you find one sensor that when disconnected causes the 5v supply to be restored, plug the others back in. You'd have to be unlucky to have more than causing a fault.

I saw you've been doing other work on the car, so if it was ok before you started check for damage or if that oil hit in the connectors.

I've cleaned all the connectors prior to installing everything back on the car and no errors prior to the oil cooler seals replacement and forgetting to tighten the two top screws on the turbo and lost a bit of oil in the process but the fuse that it blew was replaced and everything was cleaned and cleared.

So you did find a blown fuse? Have you checked it hasn’t blown again?

Hi, yes I did I've checked it 2 days ago with the multimeter and everything seemed to be fine and none of them were blown (didn't checked any of the relays) at this point should I just buy and replace sensors and see which one is actually tripping the car or there's something else I should check?

Hi so got the car running it seems that two sensors were connected the wrong way ops but its running now but its losing boost it makes a sound like all the boost is escaping when Im accelerating and it shows up with these 2 errors (see picture) and there's also black smoke on the parts (also see picture) I replaced the o-rings and the gasket on number 1-3 what should I look for thanks :)

LE: On the location 4 it sounds like all the air escapes when i turn the engine off and when i accelerate it sounds like i have a dump valve so something like that but only when i drive it when im doing it in park it doesnt happen after a while car goes into limp mode.

LLE: Don't mind the last error that was from disconnecting stuff.
