Just had a phone call from my mate who owns a tyre fitting shop.
I'm getting new Michelin Pilot Sports all round this afternoon.
All 4, fitted, new valves and balanced for well under a grand. :bannana: :bannana:
Let's see how lomg these ones last
Just gotta go out and get the last 2 mm off the old ones.

I just looked them up on mytyres and they're about £210 each! Add a tenner for fitting each and it's £880 all-in. Not cheap really!

Would you use partworns?

I have used them on the SL a couple of times, and they were fine.

The place I got them from charged £40 for 245/45/17 Dunlop SP9000, with a decent amount of tread.

Would consider it, but not if they had had a puncture or any signs of damage.
