Thanks Lenny63, I know the dealer quite well and they know I'm like a kid in a sweet shop when it comes to shiny cars! The cooper S is awesome, I had to buy it off Ebay real quick when I realised I was going to be car less for some time. I paid £3800 for it it's done 70k on a 2003 but it's fully spec'd with Nav pan roof heated seats xenon a etc but the real bonus is that the guys had the clutch changed aswell as radiator, various bushes and small gaskets. So I'm really pleased. I've covered 2k in a month and so far so good, howpfully I have tempted fate!!!

Oh yea had a rethink on the colour and changed to palladium silver and red:black leather

sounds like it is well sorted - mine is going for a new clutch on wednesday - 10 hours labour alone

RS6 is awesome, only prob is I waited for the facelift and then applied for the :failfiancé which went through

5% discount and 4.4% APR seems like a decent deal on a car that's not launched yet. I really would do what you can with the wife to get that blue - it looks outstanding on the estate.

I've been sent some Dort of internal memo this states the amg estates will be built from April onwards. I really do like the blue, I'm going to see if MB have a paint sample or something. I looked at the rs6 in blue and it looked great in the broschure but in real life up close I felt it looked a bit flat. I'll take it up with the boss again

Whoop whoop I have a build slot allocated !!!! So I had a message left on my mobile to say I have a build slot and I should expect my car end of April/early may!!!!

However in the meantime like the impatient so and so I am I went and got a brand new A45 amg I know I know I'm an idiot. Great car but not really me.

On the plus side I have a two week old rubber boot line and a spare set of A class matts (not amg , just standard black ones for winter use) if anyone wants them make me an offer via pm.

Still undecided on colours though!!
