new cabrio owner needs help from experts, TIA!

Dear owners and experts, pls help a new cab owner on suspension issue.

I just got a 2001 clk230k cabrio recently and previous owner had bilstein shocks and koni springs installed. Now the ride is low and stiff, front chamber also way off so I am planning to restore it to factory spec. Problem is cabrio was never offically imported by MB in my country so no parts are available.

I found a few sellers on UK eBay have the spring but shipping cost is tooooo much , us$150 to ship one single spring. I don't think I will be able to spend over us$600 just on shipping.

Here is my question, one of the seller has this decription below. Does this mean I can get spring from the stated model and it will fit my cabrio? E-Class spring will be quite easy for me to get from spare parts dealer.

Any suggestions? Thanks alot!
