Well, they don’t now, but back in the day the estate version was referred to as “ T Modell”. 280TE for example.

Back on the original topic, the “new” car is going well. Interestingly it’s more economical around town, returning low 40’s in this winter weather where the old straight six would have been mid to high 30’s. On a decent run though it’s 46-48 mpg, where the old car would have shown 48-50mpg. Overall it’s a win for our use/case scenario

His mum had a C32 estate back in the day. I’ve met him on holiday at Crantock Bay a couple of times. He’s been holidaying there since childhood apparently
