Isn't this the cab. version of the new CLK (which IIRC is being named "E Class Coupe", despite being based on the C Class)?

I was under the impression that the new E-Class Coupe and Cabrio would be based on a modified E-Class chassis, as in the 124 series?

I think details are still a bit sketchy, but I've read in several places that the chassis will be C Class e.g.
