New headlight bulbs

Just ordered some of these Philips Xtreme's and got free W5W side lights from Powerbulbs .
Looked behind the headlights on my 2006 W203 and can see easily accessable covers, is there anything else I need to know? I know about not touching the filament glass, I was looking for advice on the removal and refitting from someone who's done it before on this model.

I've bought some Xtremes today for our Audi and Vito.

How come the dual-filament H4 bulbs for the Audi cost less than the single-filament H7 bulbs the Vito needs? Surely a single-filament bulb is simpler/cheaper to make?!
