A couple of months ago fitted new maf, same symtoms re-appearing, disconected maf, idles great, so im thinking wiring, or connector, where would the most likely place for the maf wiring to break be?

Hi,
When you say a new MAF what make did you get? as pattern items are notoriously bad for failling, also the MAF could be dirty, the wiring is not normally a problem on these engines.

I do have a pattern one, but also an oem, The problem did go when uplugging maf, but now it splutters at idle, even disconnected?
